ETL GLOBAL Future Stars was created to recognise and develop emerging talent across the network.
This international competition gives young legal and tax professionals the chance to step outside of their usual roles, gain international recognition and develop key skills that will shape their future careers.
Through a practical task, participants can put their knowledge to the test and collaborate on real-world advisory. This competition is about building a stronger future, one team at a time.

The ETL GLOBAL Future Stars competition was a visionary idea our founders launched to nurture and empower the next generation of talent. A special thanks to Juan Bermudez Claveria, Anette Holzinger, David Jones, Riccardo Benussi, Robert Jurka, Jörg Hörauf and Vojtěch Sucharda – the famous “cross-selling group”, who spearheaded this groundbreaking project.
Their leadership and expertise have created a platform for young professionals to develop and showcase their skills on an international stage. With their guidance, the competition is set to grow even further in 2027.
